Joker Ofis, one of Turkey’s leading ‘Serviced Office’ companies, has been operating in the sector since 2016. Having started its operations in Ataşehir, Istanbul, Joker Ofis now provides services in prestigious buildings across various locations on both the Asian and European sides of the city.

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Relations Managers to join our team at Joker Ofis branches throughout Istanbul.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Contribute to the management of the relevant branch in line with company goals.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by managing customer relations effectively.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and transfer them appropriately.
  • Schedule and follow up on customer meetings and office reservations.
  • K Record and track company cargo, courier, and shipment details; coordinate deliveries.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and appropriate manner.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Preferably experienced in customer service or related departments.
  • At least an associate degree; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and clear, professional diction.
  • A team player who is committed to customer satisfaction and solution-oriented work.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in MS Office programmes.
  • Presentable, friendly, and professional in appearance.
  • Responsible, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
  • Interested in long-term career growth within the company.


Note: Our working hours are 08:30 – 18:00 on weekdays, and our branches are closed on weekends.
